Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment with at least 24-hour notice, and there will be no fees.
Last-Minute Changes: If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a small fee may apply to cover scheduling adjustments.
Scheduling Notice: As we travel from home to home, please note that arrival times may vary due to weather or road conditions. We appreciate your understanding and patience and will always keep you informed of any changes!
Your Satisfaction Guaranteed: If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling your scheduled cleaning, we’ll work with you to reschedule at a convenient time or provide a discount on a future cleaning.
